Our Culture

What do we do?

Meetings and events consist of activities that prepare students to be successful in the classroom and as future business people. This could involve professional workshops, informative speakers, alumni panels, and group discussions.

We aim to engage members to think critically about industry news and/or related business issues that intersect with topics like culture, religion, and sexual orientation.  In addition to meetings, there will also be opportunities to gain leadership experience and potentially volunteer hours.

Career focused.

Community driven.

Why we do it.

“WIB emphasizes success and growth in your career, but what really drives us is helping others rise. Whether it be providing an inclusive environment for women and minority groups to feel welcomed and empowered or hosting workshops to reach the next level of your career path-- we want to help all students be the best they can be in a positive environment.”
